Because my mind tends to think in storyline fashion, it didn’t take long for me to realize that I’d be photographing this project in that same way in order for it to make sense. So, just like in our homes we tend to group things together, it seemed the same should apply here.

Out here in rural North Dakota, the sight of wheat fields as they change from a soft and gentle green to briliant and vibrant gold is both beautiful and melencholy. While we so enjoy the colors and aroma in the air, we also know it means the end of another summer and another season.
